The Autry in Griffith Park
Celebrate National Day of the Cowboy and Cowgirl with extended museum hours until 7 p.m. and family-friendly activities for guests of all ages. Enjoy trick ropers, live music, country line dancing, film screenings, cowboy poetry, horse grooming/petting workshops and photos ops! Autry members enjoy early access at 9:30 a.m. and a Member Cookout in the Corral (café).
The Member Cookout includes 2 free lunch tickets per Autry membership only. Additional lunch tickets can be purchased by members for their guests ($10 per adult and $5 per child). Cookout includes hot dogs, macaroni salad, fresh fruit salad, PBJ sandwiches, chips, cookies, ice cream treats and non-alcoholic beverages.
The Autry Museum of the American West acknowledges the Gabrielino/Tongva peoples as the traditional land caretakers of Tovaangar (the Los Angeles basin and So. Channel Islands). We recognize that the Autry Museum and its campuses are located on the traditional lands of Gabrielino/Tongva peoples and we pay our respects to the Honuukvetam (Ancestors), ‘Ahiihirom (Elders) and ‘Eyoohiinkem (our relatives/relations) past, present and emerging.
