Two people are sitting on the floor cross-legged, surrounded by various instruments and plants. A sign reads "Autry Museum After Hours." They appear relaxed, with one person wearing a white sweater and green pants, and the other in a purple hoodie and shorts.

About Modular Sound Bath

We are Modular Sound Bath, a duo interested in raising vibrations via direct tonal healing. Our sound baths stimulate the body and mind, bringing participants into a more balanced and aware state of being. The steadiness of our crystal singing bowls pairs beautifully with the varied arrangements available with Modular Synthesis, sometimes melding the frequencies seamlessly, and sometimes adding some texture to the relaxing hum of the bowls.

The sound bath can be experienced while seated in chairs. However, you are welcome to bring a yoga mat if you would like to lay down on the floor and fully participate in the meditation.

“The idea behind supporting a community where everyone is welcome means so many things. Observing compassion and understanding toward those we disagree with does not mean we have to change our fundamental ways of existing in the world. The practice of finding present awareness gives us the space to release unhelpful judgements and receive a feeling of contentment. From that clearing, we can make good decisions, tap into our deepest intellect, and connect with the world around us.

In one sound session, we will practice a technique called Metta Meditation, which holds space while using affirmations paired with visualizations. In another session, we will join together in deep breathing to create a communal healing energy field that elicits feelings of support and nourishment.” - Modular Sound Bath
