Matching Arctic Animals Images and Names

Grades K-5 

  • Individual Activity: Students list all the names of the animals in the “Arctic Animals” images OR Circle all the Arctic Animals they see (Worksheet with Key - Word).  
  • Class Activity: Educators project an image from “Arctic Animals” and ask the students, “What Animal am I?” (Key - Word). 
  • Extension: Students write or discuss as a class what the animal might eat, where it shelters, how it adapts to the cold etc.
