The Autry Museum of the American West Presents the 2026 Tentpole Events

(January 8th, 2025 Los Angeles, CA)— Saturday, June 6, 2026, The Autry welcomes you to celebrate traditional and contemporary Native art at our 35th annual American Indian Arts Market. Enjoy early, members-only access to the market, which features over 100 Native contemporary and traditional artists, and be the first to honor and see the 2025 Juried Award Winners in Basketry, Wood Carving, Painting, Mixed Media, Textiles, Sculpture, and Youth Recognition.

Saturday, July 25, 2026 Join the Autry for NATIONAL DAY OF THE COWBOY & COWGIRL! Enjoy extended museum hours until 7:30pm and family-friendly activities for cowfolk of all ages. Enjoy trick ropers on the plaza, cowboy poetry, live music on the plaza, country line dancing lessons, film screenings and docent-led tours. See exhibitions like the Cowboy Gallery, Imagined Wests, and Western Frontiers: Stories of Fact and Fiction. Autry members enjoy early access, free admission, and a Member Cookout.

Now more than ever, the Autry is committed to supporting our community during this and future rebuilding phases, serving as a place of respite and celebration for the arts, history, and culture of our beloved city and region.

The Annual Autry Block Party will feature:
