About the Event

Join the Autry as we open the first of our PST ART exhibitions, Out of Site: Survey Science and the Hidden West. Discover the evolving relationship between art, technology and the search for what we cannot see but must envision. Out of Site features more than 90 works of art, including videos, photography and archival materials from the mid-19th century to the present.


Schedule of events:  

4 p.m. | Reception begins with appetizers and drinks available. Exhibition opens. 

4:30 p.m. | Welcome remarks by Stephen Aron, the Autry's Calvin and Marilyn Gross Director and President and CEO, followed by exhibition remarks from curator Amy Scott, Autry Vice President of Research and Interpretation and the Marilyn B. and Calvin B. Gross Curator of Visual Arts.

6 p.m. | Event ends.
