How do I join, renew, or upgrade my membership?

There are 4 easy ways:

  1. Online
  2. Call 323.495.4326
  3. Fax the completed membership form (pdf) to 323.660.5721
  4. Mail the completed membership form (pdf) to Membership Department, Autry Museum, 4700 Western Heritage Way, Los Angeles, CA 90027-1462

How soon will I receive my membership card?

You should receive your permanent membership card(s) approximately 2 to 3 weeks from the day your contribution is received. If you purchase your membership in person, you will be given a temporary membership card to use until your permanent card(s) arrive.

If I forget to bring my membership card, can I still visit the Autry for free?

Yes! Simply visit The Ausman Family Visitor Services Desk in the Peggy and Lowry Mays Lobby and an Autry staff member will gladly look up your membership.

How can I replace a lost/stolen membership card?

There is a $5 processing fee for each replacement card. You may order replacement cards by calling 323.667.2000, ext. 326, or stopping by The Ausman Family Visitor Services Desk. You will receive your replacement card within 2 to 3 weeks.

How many people can I bring with my Family/Grandparents or Family-Plus membership?

You are allowed 2 adults and up to 4 children with your membership.

Does my membership get me into any other museums?

Yes! Turquoise- through Gold-level members have reciprocal membership admission privileges to:

Is my membership tax deductible?

Yes, a portion of every Autry membership is tax deductible.

How do I buy a membership as a gift?

Please call 323.495.4326, and a membership representative will help you with the purchase. Please be sure to have your recipient’s phone number and complete address.

I’m interested in upgrading my membership to a higher level. Do I have to wait until my membership expires?

Absolutely not. You can upgrade your membership anytime—during the course of your membership or when your membership is up for renewal.

When will I receive renewal notices?

You will begin receiving renewal notices two months prior to your expiration date. Once you renew, you will not receive further notices until the following renewal cycle.
