Celebrate the National Day of the Cowboy at the Autry with family-friendly activities for guests of all ages and extended museum hours until 8 p.m. 

  • Live country Western music
  • Cowboy themed docent-led tours
  • Trick roper performances 
  • Country line dancing 
  • What is a Western? film screening in the Autry theatre at 1:30 p.m.  
  • Plaza games including corn-hole, Jenga, giant Connect Fours 
  • Family Play Space with educational activities for kids and families
  • Burnt to a Crisp Food Truck 
  • Trunk Show featuring local Western glass artist, Laila Asgari, in the Autry store

Autry Member BBQ - Autry membership and reservation required. 

 

3pm        Member check-in  

3:30pm   BBQ with complimentary food and non-alcoholic drinks

              Cowboy Cocktails available at the cash bar on the Gathering Circle 

              Live Band and photo booth 

 

Member Access to Street Food Cinema outdoor film screening with member seating in the reserved section (bring your own blankets/chairs). Pre-Show activities on the lawn from 6-8 p.m. with food trucks, vendors, live music and trick roper performance. The Autry Museum galleries and Family Play Space will be open late until 8 p.m.
