About the Event
Contribute to the California Yarnscape! Through these monthly drop-in workshops, learn 3-D fiber art techniques to help produce a beautiful “garden” full of California poppies, coyote mint, and other native wildflowers. All levels of experience welcome.
In this workshop, use pompom techniques to create coyote mint, a perennial California wildflower.
California Yarnscape is presented in collaboration with Yarn Bombing Los Angeles, a fiber arts community that collaborates with city governments, museums, alternative art spaces, and public spaces to create thought-provoking, community-generated public art installations.
