About the Event

Drop by the gallery and meet gallerist Charles Froelick, who for some 20 years worked with and exhibited the works of the late Rick Bartow—the artist featured in our special exhibition, Things You Know But Cannot Explain

The Autry offers drop-in gallery activities several weekend days a month. The gallery program gives visitors the opportunity to learn about an aspect of our galleries from a range of experts, artists, and educators.

Organized by the Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, University of Oregon.

Support for the exhibition is provided by the Ford Family Fund and the Oregon Community Foundation, Arlene Schnitzer, the Coeta and Donald Barker Changing Exhibitions Endowment, The Harold and Arlene Schnitzer CARE Foundation, a grant from the Oregon Arts Commission and the National Endowment for the Arts (a federal agency), the Ballinger Endowment, Philip and Sandra Piele, and JSMA members.
