About the artist: Lion is the front woman of the Spaghetti Westy-Desert Rock band 'The Lion Heart.' She is a genre bending artist and producer originally from Northern California's Redwood Mountains. Her musical style is a blend of Spaghetti Western, heavy distortion Alt-Rock, with a tasteful dose of cinematic flair. "I like Ennio Morricone and Spaghetti Western movies,". She displays a vocal timbre reminiscent of the early western singers, yet uniquely unlike any tone you've heard before. Her American Indigenous heritage bleeds into her unique vocal timbre. 'I'm Potawatomi & Black on my mama's side, Apache, & Irish on my daddy's side, l'm western made." She has mastered the confidence to blend genres, taking the listener beyond mainstream song structures to discover a whole new sonic sphere. She plays in a trio accompanied by bassist Joey Maramba and drummer Kenny Ramirez. The band is currently promoting and touring The Lion Heart's sophomore album Glory West II. The Lion Heart has released two studio albums, and a live studio album. Selling out the band's 12" Vinyl Records for each release!
