An artist panel discussion focusing on artist David Alfaro Siqueiros as a print maker and graphic artist advancing a populist political agenda. Moderated by Associate Vice President of Curatorial Affairs at the Museum of Latin American Art Cynthia MacMullin and featuring artist/writer Mark Vallen, muralist Wayne Alaniz Healy, artist/cultural entrepreneur Luis Ituarte, art historian Catha Paquette and curator Lynn LaBate, who collaborated on the Autry’s landmark exhibition Siqueiros in Los Angeles: Censorship Defied, opening Sept. 24.
