Group Reservations

For groups of more than 10 people, please make reservations in advance.

Group Rates

Adults: $6.50 ($2.50 savings)
Seniors 60+: $4.50 (.50 savings)
Students 13-18: $4.50 (.50 savings)
Children 3-12: $2.50 (.50 savings)
Children under 3: free
Rates are guaranteed through December 31, 2010.

Free parking, including motorcycles.
Complimentary admission for bus driver and group tour leader or escort.

Group Payment

Group payments may be made on the day of your visit. Cash, check (made payable to the Autry National Center), and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and American Express) are accepted. We do not accept prepayments and purchase orders.

Payment in full is to be made by the tour escort at the Visitor Services Desk in the main lobby of the museum.

For your group's comfort, please have your group wait on the bus or in front of the museum while the escort is handling payment. The escort will be given museum stickers to distribute to group members to wear for museum admission.

Lunch Options

Tour Special luncheons are available in the Golden Spur Cafe for groups of 20 or more for only $10.00 per guest.

• Half sandwich: Pre-order any combination of cashew chicken, tuna salad, turkey with cheese, roast beef with cheese, or vegetarian
• Bowl of minestrone soup or baby greens garden salad
• Cookie
• Beverage of choice

Bus Driver Information

Passenger drop-off is in front of the museum at 4700 Western Heritage Way (directly to the left of the entrance). Bus parking is free. After dropping off passengers, buses are to park along the sidewalk at the far end of the parking lot. Buses may be moved to the front of the museum for passenger pickup.
